Ginger Spake

A lifelong Wilmingtonian, Ginger Spake was born and raised in Southeastern North Carolina. After graduating from Wilmington Christian Academy, she continued her education at Cape Fear Community College and Miller-Motte College, where she earned a degree in Science and became a certified Dental Assistant.

Although Ginger began her professional career in the dental field, God opened the door to a new passion when her son started Kindergarten. She was blessed with the opportunity to serve as a Teacher's Aide at Wilmington Christian Academy, where she quickly discovered how much she enjoyed working with children and supporting teachers in the classroom. Since then, she has found great joy in helping students learn, grow, and gain confidence while partnering with teachers to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Ginger is excited to continue serving at Northside School of Christian Leadership, where she has the opportunity to invest in students both academically and spiritually. She considers it a privilege to be part of a Christ-centered school community that partners with families to help children develop a lifelong love for learning and a strong foundation of faith.

Ginger and her husband, Josh, have two wonderful children and two small dogs that complete their family. Outside of school, she enjoys shopping, spending time at the beach, taking trips to the mountains, and making memories with family and friends. She also has a passion for photography and is well known for her exceptional organizational skills, both of which serve her well in and out of the classroom.
