Emily Eldridge

A Wilmington native, Emily Eldridge has spent her life in Southeastern North Carolina and is passionate about serving the community she calls home. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and has devoted the past 19 years to teaching in both private Christian and public schools.

Throughout her career, Emily has been committed to creating engaging classrooms where students are challenged academically, encouraged personally, and nurtured spiritually. She believes that every child is uniquely created by God and enjoys helping students discover their gifts while building the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

Emily has been part of the Northside School of Christian Leadership vision since its earliest days. As a member of the original steering committee, she played an important role in helping shape the foundation and direction of the school before its doors ever opened. She is honored to continue serving at NSCL and considers it a privilege to partner with families in providing a Christ-centered education that prepares students for both academic success and a lifetime of faithful leadership.

Emily and her husband, Gerald, have been married for 30 years and are the proud parents of three daughters. When she's not at school, Emily enjoys visiting Disney World, relaxing at the beach, reading, and spending time with her family. She and her husband are active members of Impact Church, where they enjoy serving alongside their church family.
